- Juvenal, James B.
- Pennsylvania Barge Club
- James Juvenal was one of the best single scullers of his era, in the late 19th and early 20th century. As a member of PA Barge he won three Championship belts, and several National Championships. He was recruited by Vesper BC in 1900 for their Olympic Eight, which won the gold medal in the 1900 games. He was with Vesper also in their 1904 Olympic team, and won a silver medal in the single sculls. He later returned to Pennsylvania Barge Club, and this victory placque would have been one of the last of his long career.
