- James B.; Pennsylvania Barge Club; James Juvenal was one of the best single scullers of his era
- in the late 19th and early 20th century. As a member of PA Barge he won three Championship belts
- and several National Championships. He was recruited by Vesper BC in 1900 for their Olympic Eight
- which won the gold medal in the 1900 games. He was with Vesper also in their 1904 Olympic team
- and won a silver medal in the single sculls. He later returned to Pennsylvania Barge Club
- and this victory placque would have been one of the last of his long career.
