Upload Images and Documents to RHP

The Rowing History Project is always interested in electronic images of artifacts in your possession that may want to share with others in a digital format.

Electronic Formats that RHP can accept

Standard image formats

• JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, HEIC

Documents 

• PDF, DOC/DOCX, PPTX,

Audio and Video

• Under 50MB *.mov, *.avi
• Large video payloads should be uploaded to YouTube 
  • You should provide the link to your YouTube location
• Other types – please contact RHP

How do I send a digital artifact to the RHP?

We have created a form where you can provide a description of the artifact and upload it to the Rowing History Project.

The uploaded of electronice images, objects, documents, video will be reviewed and currated for appropriate use on the RHP website.

By uploading the electronice images of an artifacts/object/document using this form you are providing the Rowing History Project permission to use said electronic image copy. 

The Rowing History Project will contact you if there are any questions regarding data uploaded or content.

Confirmation that RHP has recieved your inquiry will be provided and sent to your originating email address.
